Обоснование: В ходе рассмотрения запроса предложений №1426895 на поставку аппаратуры низковольтной фирмы "АВВ", заявились 5 участников, официальные полномочия 4-х из них подтвердил дилер "АВВ" на территории РФ. Участник предложивший наименьшую цену не является официальным представителем и не предоставил сертификат соответствия ТР ТС на продукцию. Во избежание риска неисполнения гарантийных обязательств, тендерной комиссией принято решение признать победителем компанию ООО "ТД "ЭЛЕКТРОТЕХМОНТАЖ" и заключить сделку на условиях: : 100% оплаты по факту перехода права собственности в течение 20 дней, доставка до г. Губаха за счет Продавца, новой продукции с гарантийным сроком 12 месяцев.
