Payment terms:- After the conclusion of the contract, the Buyer is obliged to make a 100% prepayment to the Seller's current account within three calendar days after the invoice is issued by TOAZ JSC.
- In case of non-fulfillment of the contract regarding the period of sampling of the Goods by the Buyer. The Seller has the right to demand from the Buyer the payment of a penalty in the amount of 0.2% of the value of the Goods not selected on time, for each day of delay. But not more than the amount transferred to the prepayment account. The Buyer, within 10 banking days from the date of receipt of the written request for payment of penalties from the Seller, is obliged to make their payment. The amount of the fine may be deducted from the funds transferred to the account of prepayment of the Goods for each day of delay.
