Comments:
To participate in the procurement procedure, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the procurement documentation and send the following information:
1) Technical and commercial proposal, completed in accordance with the Appendix form Supplier's commercial proposal form
2) Copies of constituent documents in accordance with the List
3) Consent to data processing

The procurement organizer has the right not to consider the technical and commercial proposals of the participants:
- when providing an incomplete package of documents and / or filling out the TCH form by less than 50% and / or specifying inaccurate information in the procurement documentation;
- when sending the TCH after the end of the deadline for its submission;
- having unfulfilled obligations under previously concluded agreements with companies of the Polymetal holding.

Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, terms of payment, work experience.

This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
