Ranking of bids

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment of works under the Contract is made by the Customer to the Contractor's settlement account within 80 (Eighty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties:
- in relation to the Work on the development of working documentation - the Act of acceptance of the completed work on the development of working documentation;
- in relation to the Work on the application of a fire-retardant coating - Certificates of the cost of the work performed and costs in the form no. KS-3, the Act of acceptance of the work performed in the form no. KS-2, on the basis of the original invoices and invoices issued by the Contractor (transferred to the Customer);
- in relation to Author supervision Services - Acts on services rendered in the reporting month.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the Terms of Reference and the draft contract of the Customer.
