- Placement of Information (Notice) on the conduct of Prequalification;
- Preparation and submission of the Application of potential Participant of Prequalification;
- Registration and verification of Applications for participation in Pre-Qualification;
- Consideration of the Application for participation in Prequalification;
- Assessment of legal capacity, financial state (solvency) and business reputation of the organization;
- Collection of information from other sources on the quality of goods delivered by Participants of Pre-Qualification (if necessary);
- Technical audit of the Participant of Prequalification (if necessary);
- Notification of the Participant on inclusion or refusal to include the Participant of Prequalification in the Register of potential participants of purchases by type of activity "Delivery of ammonia".
