2. Accounting statements for the last reporting period (balance sheet, report on financial results) with a mark of delivery to the tax.
3. Tax return on VAT for the last reporting period with a mark of delivery.
4. Tax return on income tax for the last reporting period with a mark of delivery.
5. Certificate of average number with a mark of delivery.
6. Certificate of absence of debt to the budget.
7. Charter.
8. Powers of attorney for the right to sign contracts, invoices and bills of lading.
9. Minutes of the general meeting of participants on the appointment of the director.
