Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

The organizer has the right to refuse from the request for proposals, as well as to complete the procedure of request for proposals without concluding a contract on its results at any time, and the organizer does not reimburse the participant expenses incurred by him in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals procedure. The organizer has the right to amend the notice and documentation, as well as to extend the term (date and/or time) of submission of proposals.
