Payment terms:
The calculation is made by the Customer with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered stage of Services, subject to the provision by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered stage of services, signed by the Parties;
b) invoices;
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of conclusion of an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity:
The payment for the rendered stage of services is made by the Customer within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered stage of services signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
