Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Deferred payment / Preference will be given to participants with a deferred payment of 30-60 days from the end of the month in which the goods were fully delivered to the Consignee's warehouse.
If the Supplier requires an advance payment, the Supplier undertakes to provide a Bank Guarantee of the Supplier's bank for the entire amount of the advance payment.
