1. Passports for each unit of production
2. Certificates for manufactured products
3. Fixing the price for 1 year
4. Guarantee of replacement of low-quality products
If you agree to take part in the ongoing events for the provision of MTR, we ask you to submit the following set of documents in scanned format:
1. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated no earlier than 2016
2. Applicant's Application (Appendix 1)
3. Commercial offer in the form of quotation specifications in the electronic version in the attached format
4. Copies of the Charter and the Founding Agreement
5. A copy of the Balance sheet or Tax return for the last reporting period, with a note from the tax authorities on acceptance
6. A copy of the license (permit) for the supply of MTR in cases provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation
7. A copy of the Certificate of registration with the tax authorities
8. A copy of the Registration Certificate
9. Passport of the organization (Appendix 2)
10. Certificate of the CHKS with supporting documents (certificates, certificates)
11. Certificate indicating Customers, numbers and dates of concluded contracts
12.Copies of documents confirming production and technical equipment
13.Documents confirming the status of the dealer/manufacturer
14. Certificate from the tax authorities of the Russian Federation on the absence of arrears in the payment of taxes and fees, other mandatory payments for the current period
15. The decision on the appointment of the head, or the protocol on the election of the head by the collegial body of the legal entity
