Auto-extension

Payment terms:1. Оплата по настоящему Договору производится Заказчиком путем безналичных расчетов в течении 30 календарных дней, со дня подпи-сания Сторонами Акта о приемке выполненных работ и предъявления Исполнителем соответствующего счета-фактуры при условии, что Услуги оказаны надлежащим образом.
2. Расчеты за оказанные Услуги могут производиться, как денежными средствами в форме перечисления на счёт Исполнителя, так и ценными бумагами и с использованием других форм расчетов, предусмотренных действующим законодательством России
3. Расчет производится на основании актов о приемке выполненных работ и выставленных Исполнителем счетов – фактур (при необходи-мости - других расчетных документов).
Стороны на основании подписанных Сторонами актов о приемке вы-полненных работ при необходимости производят сверку расчетов.
