Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 45 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery is made.
Delivery terms:Products are delivered to the buyer's warehouse (Base BPO LUKOIL-AIK LLC 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway, Tyumen region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra) taking into account all costs and risks of delivery and is accompanied by all necessary documents, according to the list, agreed upon in the supply contract.
The supplied product must be accompanied by a technical passport of the product, mandatory certificates of quality, compliance.
Georeferencing:Tyumen region, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, Base of BPO LLC "LUKOIL-AIK" Kogalym: 174 km of Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway
Comments:
1. Prices are excluding VAT.
2. The following are involved:
- Manufacturers of requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (it is obligatory to provide confirming certificates, certificates, official letters from the manufacturer on empowerment to sell the requested products);
- Participants who meet the requirements of certification of ISO9001 standard (required) and ISO50001 standard (preferred).
3. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Bid price;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Terms of delivery of products;
- Consent of the participant with the editorial board of the organizer, the signing of the contract without a protocol of disagreement (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP);
- Price fixing for the entire delivery period from the moment of participation in the procedure until the goods are transferred and the equipment is put into operation (official confirmation must be uploaded to the electronic trading platform).
4. The products must be new (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
5. Submission of a proposal from a participant means compliance with all the requirements for an assortment of goods specified in the request, as well as unconditional agreement with the terms of the contract and specifications.

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
