1st stage (prequalification)
A complex of works on the installation of a ventilated facade within the framework of the project "Kindergarten for 350 places in the 11B microdistrict of Nefteyugansk"
Comments: This procurement procedure is carried out in two stages:
Stage 1 - prequalification;
Stage 2 - request for commercial proposals.
Participants are required to fill out and upload a company questionnaire signed by the head and stamped by the organization (appendix no.2) until 10:00 Moscow time, 03.04.2023 in *.jpg or *.pdf formats.
Approximate list of works:
1. Dismantling of previously installed elements of the NVF (ceramic granite, subsystem, stone wool insulation). The approximate amount of dismantling works is about 2200 m2
2. Removal and disposal of dismantled material.
3. Preparation of the surface of the exterior walls for the installation of a hinged facade - filling part of the masonry joints with mortar, local plaster in place.
4. The device of the ventilated facade of the building: The approximate volume of installation work is 3250 m2
• subsystem device;
• insulation of walls with stone wool;
• installation of non-flammable vapor waterproofing;
• installation of front granite tiles;
• installation and manufacture of shaped elements made of sheet metal on window and door slopes;
• installation of window tides;
• installation of a wooden frame for a cornice frieze;
• installation and manufacture of a sheet metal filing frieze, at the interface of the facade and roof structures;
• installation of a drainage system.
5. Development of KMD and supply of materials
Those participants who have passed the preliminary qualification selection under this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure.
This prequalification is not a notice of bidding and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who participated in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This prequalification is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage, without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and (or) change the date of consideration of Participants' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
