The winner of the competition procedure is determined, subject to the consent of the signing of a model contract without disagreement. The winner will be determined by the following criteria:

1. Minimum price;
2. The optimal delivery time;
3. Product quality
4. Supplier reliability

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This price request is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to make a purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for receiving applications.
Per month
The goods are paid by the buyer within 45 calendar days of the end of the reporting period (month) in which the delivery is made.
Prices are provided excluding VAT.

Transport costs are included in the cost of products under the basis of delivery of DDP - Kogalym, BPO Base LLC "Lukoil-AIK" 174 km of the Surgut-New Urengoy highway. (transportation costs are not reimbursed separately)

The products are delivered in full or in separate batches, issued by the relevant accounting documents within the statutory deadlines.

Delivery is carried out: By road to the buyer's warehouse (the scheme is attached);

Products must be appropriately packaged and protected from damage

Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
